“Quality of speaker is very good, just getting to grips with playlists etc as ordering any radio station to play once downloaded is fine, getting artists is taking me a bit of time but probably my skill level is the problem”

“AVOID if the smart speaker aspect is important to you via the Google ecosystem. Bought this as a replacement for my Google home Gen 1 audio smart speaker. While the sound is a bit better it is hardly a massive improvement for the massive price varience. The main difference it seems is that the Sonos can go louder. However, the main issue I have with it is that the smart speaker side of the product is absolutely terrible when directly compared to my old (must be 5 years old) Google smart speaker. Very slow to respond and then more often than not gets requests wrong. i.e. plays wrong music, won't add items to shopping lists, does not turn lights on as requested or just plain ignores us, and so on. Also, the way it is integrated into the google home app is next to useless. Forces you to use the Sonos app as opposed to other smart items that can be controlled from the Googel Home app, (hue lights for example). I am seriously regretting buying this product.”

“Bought for a kitchen as has voice control when busy cooking etc will be great addition being hands free and to further compliment other Sonos in the house as couldn't always hear it quite so clearly when in the kitchen. Easy to set up and delighted with my purchase.Its discreetly tucked away in a corner and provides great sound.”

“I purchased an additional Sonos one gen 2 speaker as I was so happy with the beam and two speakers I bought last year. Now I have started my collection I’m just going to keep adding to it. Smart Homes sounds is a great company to purchase your Sonos from. I can and have recommended them to everyone who asks about my Sonos”
