“Simple Handrails are useless. I ordered a 3m handrail and arranged delivery 2 weeks after my order. For some reason it never arrived. I called as was told that my order was missed by the courier collection. I was disappointed but re-arranged another delivery date when i could arrange someone to be in to sign for delivery. Once again my order didn't arrive. I called again as was told that the message was left for someone else, and it got missed. Extremely unprofessional is an understatement. I then arranged a third delivery date and it arrived the day before we agreed, luckily someone was in at the time to sign for the delivery. When i opened and inspected the hand rail it was not fully circular, it was obviously tuned from a piece of wood that was not big enough. I then had to arrange for a replacement to be sent. In all it took over a month to have a poor quality, over priced hand rail delivered. I wish i had never ordered from this company. My advise is shop elsewhere.”

“The rail it's self is lovely and straight its a bit lighter than I thought it would be it was a little bit rough at one side about 8” in lenth I waxed it a few times with clear wax looks lovely and one more comment the end caps could have been better designed although theyre a lovely satin finish Im pleased with it”

“The product was all we expected although delivery was frustrated by the bad weather. However it would have been nice to have the tracking information mentioned in the order confirmation.”
