“The workman who fitted the handrail mentioned a slight whip on the wood which became less evident when the brackets were fixed The small screws were very soft and crumpled, they will need to be replaced with better quality The brackets and end caps seem better quality”

“Very poor quality wood, warped, big chunks missing that can’t be sanded out. One of the fittings wasn’t counter sunk. Would not recommend”
