“The hand rail itself was just what we wanted but i must say the brackets and especially the screws were not the best quality,the ends burred very easily,I had to use others.”

“Delivery was excellent. There were no instructions included and so we got them from the internet. The rail was slightly warped and there was a knot hole halfway along which looked as though it had been filled with plastic wood. This was not too important as we turned the rail to avoid it being seen. It was extremely difficult to fit the brackets to the rail to get the correct angle. Also the ends of the rail should have been pre drilled to enable you to centralise the end caps correctly. Now that it is fitted it looks good, but I would never buy another one as fitting it was a nightmare.”

“a good product with a few niggles: a few rough to the touch areas on the handrail, wall plugs are not upto the job so I replaced these before fitting screws seem a little on the small size even they are required to not only attach the rail to a wall but hold it there against the potential of someone pulling at the rail or using the rail to steady themselves. and whilst it may seem obvious to fit (It's not) the product ships without fitting instructions - do you attach the bracket to the wall then the rail to the brackets or vis versa? Not as obvious as you would think as the bracket has two adjustments(?) requiring an allen key or similar.”

“The rail was good however , I had 3 screws for 3 wall fixings which I believe there should have been none ! also , there were only 2 screws to fix the 3 fixings to the rail.......disappointing and not very professional for the money I thought.”

“Great quality product. Fantastic services, beautiful wood and hardware. The only issue we has was with the screws supplied. The heads kept snapping off of the screw so used own supply in the end.”
