“The quality of the oak is very good and finished to a very good standard ,the stainless steel end caps are very good quality and fit well . I was so pleased with the first hand rail I ordered a second one .”

“Firstly the product has not been installed yet or oiled. I took it out of its wrapper - does it feel completely smooth? No. I can feel slight ridges where wood grains etc come through but it does seem to be quite good/nice looking so i can live with that. The wall fixings supplied seem solid and quality Two annoyances with the order though: 1. The delivery - I rang up to request a specific date (as per the delivery information they provided on the order) - only the box of fixings turned up on that date - the driver had '2 items' i had to sign for - I crossed it out to say i'd only received one. Questioning this with the company was farcical. Despite several phone calls, promises of calling me back, asking for a different delivery date, the product turned up outside my house the day after it should have been delivered. I was away. No one was asked to sign for it - therefore £130 of product could have easily been stolen. Luckily a kind neighbour took it in for me. 2. The pictures on the website for the end caps were incorrect. I ordered 'dome caps' as the description as the picture showed flat ended stainless steel caps which is what i wanted. But what turned up were rounded ends - I questioned this with the company and they did replace for free. and assured me they 'would just fit through the letter box' - but this was incorrect as i came back from my trip there was a UPS card - which a neighbour had signed for...”
