It’s a noticeable upgrade from the V3, both in style and usability. GPS Accuracy & Shot Tracking This is where the X5 shines. GPS yardages are spot-on, and the automatic shot tracking (thanks to the club sensors) means I can focus on my swing without fiddling with buttons. Post-round, the data is gold: strokes gained, club-by-club performance, and trends I wouldn’t spot on my own. Stats That Actually Help I’m a numbers guy, and the X5 delivers. The dashboard breaks down everything from tee shots to approach play, helping me identify gaps in my game and equipment. It’s like having a coach in my wrist—minus the awkward pep talks. No Subscription Fees One of the best parts: all features are included. No hidden costs, no monthly fees. Just solid tech that works. Room for Improvement Battery life could be better—especially if you forget to charge before a long weekend round. And while the touchscreen is great, it’s not as snappy as a smartphone. But for the price and features, those are minor trade-offs. They should put tracking of steps and map full round to the app.”

“Hi have only used the X5 shot scope 4 times and already seen improvements in my scoring. This is great given it’s so early in using to get some feedback on my distances and not fully using all the features in strategy yet. My fourth round was a handicap counter and I shot my best score at my home course leading to a full shot cut off my handicap, my first score in the 70’s!! Very happy with this purchase.”

“I really like my X5. It was simple to set up and is clear and easy to use on the course. i would recommend using the screen lock when playing as the face is very sensitive to the touch”

“Seen some good reviews about the X5 watch but I am really disappointed with it. The watch cannot find the GPS tags in my club and will not sync, I also cannot sync the phone with my watch and lastly the watch is difficult to use and the battery is terrible, would not recommend this product”

“I upgraded from the V5 to X5 when it came out and it was excellent, shot tracking was handy but as time went on I had to ensure the watch stayed off until I was ready to play or it would run out of charge so support worked through improving it to no avail so sent me a new watch which has no issues and now the watch still has over 50% battery left after 18 holes. Support are quick and knowledgable and seem to just want happy customers, what a novel idea. Great watch, superb company to deal with.”
