“It is a great upgrade to the V3. I bought an X5 and it was a terrible mistake, it is a real lemon of a product. The V5 is a robust watch an works a treat, easy to use, and I’m very pleased with it. Shotscope are back on track”

“I never got a stable connection, so firmware update, course update etc couldn't complete. Eventually was changed for a new watch which is working well. If you're selling ex-display models, they need to work!”

“The watch did not suit me as a petite female - it was too big and I couldn't wear it on the correct hand as instructed. I did have issues with connecting it with the app and operating it on course - I decided that although I'm serious about my golf, it was far too complicated and technical to worry about when I was playing golf. It's something that I'm sure the guys really like but it wasn't for me. But Shotscope Customer Services were very understanding and gave me a complete refund when I returned it to them. So a good company to do business with, it was just that the product didn't suit me.”

“Was a little hesitant about getting a ex display but so glad I did. Huge savings. But why did I not buy a non display model? Because like many you read/watch reviews and you are unsure about the actual usefulness of the product. Well the V5 has been everything I have been looking for in a shot tracker. The data has been so valuable to lowering my handicap. Plus I hate subscriptions and this doesn’t have one. Is the V5 flawless no. I do have to go in and edit my round but it is very minimal and not a big deal. Plus I use that editing time to really evaluate my round. Also sometimes the pars don’t match or other minor updates need to be made through support. They are so responsive and quick to update the system so that’s a plus in my book. If you’re on the fence I highly recommend the V5 fir anyone wanting to track their data.”
