“I recently purchased the v5 watch, I had my reservations about how long the charge would last, how good the GPS signal would be, and if it would be accurate on the course . I have used it a few times now and im happy to review it. I find it easy to use, accurate, the battery after one round was still sitting at 75%.. the interaction between the tags and the watch are amazing really, Im amazed by modern tech. I generally struggle with yardage , I had been using a free golf app but its all over the place suggesting 250 y when its more like 140y. the shot scope V5 is a great benefit to me. The app has lots of information, it's easy to upload your round, I won't be scratching the surface of the information on it post round, but im delighted with it.”

“The watch get wonky around the green. Two issues. 1: if your ball is just off the green, enough where you might use a 7-9 in a putt stroke just to get it started through thicker fringe it either messes up your club data or leading into #2, it has already changed to the # of putt display. 2: if you walk across the green to chip your ball onto the green it has placed itself in the # of putts screen. It should not change into a putter has been detected. Almost a automatic need to edit every hole, at least for my game. But overall is very accurate.”

“Having read and watched all the reviews of the V5 and having compared it to possible other options, I made the decision to purchase an ex display model V5. And, what a bargain it is proving to be. So simple to operate with top class data right there and then to give your golfing experience a big fillip. After three rounds so far, I am still marvelling at what this watch offers. I have yet to analyse any recorded data but am excited about doing so. Love the hole mapping feature which allows one to strategically navigate each hole. a new but rewarding experience for me. A shot saver for sure. The strap, a key component is also tremendously comfortable. All in all, the V5 ex display is worth every penny of the £169.99 I paid.”
