“My watch quit working after a couple of years. The company would not stand by it because it was out of warranty. The watch was not abused very well taken care of and I thought expensive.”

“I bought the Ex display V5 as a gift for my son and he has been very impressed with its performance so far. Buying via the Ex display route was proved excellant value for money and the service was excellant.”

“Loved the V2, but the battery died earlier than I expected, so I upgraded to the V5. I discovered, however, that the V5 battery is also non-replaceable, and the ex-display guarantee is only 1-year. This was too risky, so I exchanged it for a new V5. I have to praise Shot Scope's customer service team, especially Cameron & Jamie, who couldn't have been more helpful. In summary, great watch & great service. But unless budget is a show-stopper, don't go for an ex-display unit - get a new one. And perhaps Shot Scope could look at supporting at least a back-to-base battery replacement capability in future watches?”

“Received the V5 for Xmas scanned QR code charged the watch read the instructions and used it this Sunday. Easy to use not that helped me play any better ! What I liked most was after you leave the green you’ve just played it goes straight to the next hole. Excellent value for money and you don’t even know you’re wearing it. Would highly recommend.”
