“The order arrived very promptly and initiation was a breeze. Being a total dunce at the sort of language structures eg YAML HACS GITHUB INTEGRATIONS etc. I relied heavily on the various resources out there (including GROK which I found most useful) and help files in the home assistant community. I did not find the HA menus very intuitive with many of the resources buried behind layers of gobbledygook. I think I have now set it up to integrate my EV charging with my Powerwall2, panels and energy supplier properly but have yet to test it out to see if it functions as I want.”
