“I am writing this in the knowledge that it isn't supposed to be a straight out if the box working solution. But there are what I believe are significant shortcomings that should be addressed. It appears well made. But why on earth can't you do a factory reset without downloaded new OS/software and then rebuilding via a micro SD card and PC. A simple recessed reset switch would do. After all this is a classic item where Poole might well start off then say I want to clear the decks and start again. It should be a simple no hassle operation. And I write that after a working life in software support and product management.”
