“This one is a gift for my daughter, however I have used one for a few years now and I love it. Even when the lid had a small hairline crack in Sho made no hesitation in supplying me with a replacement. Please dont think twice, yes you may find cheaper but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.”
“I now use this mug daily in preference to my usual ceramic mug. It really does keep the tea warm for as long as I want it to. It washes easily as the tannin doesn't seem to stick as easily onto the metal surface as it does on ceramic.”
