“I absolutely loved my purchase, but I will say the only downfall was that there is no seal for the moth piece, and I am unable to use my mugs in my workplace as I work in an educatsetting and all mugs used have to have a sealed mouth piece to prevent spillages”

“I always love SHO products which is why I bought this mug that I can be using at home for my tea. But I am disappointed because my tea gets cold quicker than expected. The sip opening of the mug is supposed to also have that could be slide closed when not drinking. But because it cannot be closed, air comes in through this opening, hence, my tea gets cold quickly.”
