“I always love SHO products which is why I bought this mug that I can be using at home for my tea. But I am disappointed because my tea gets cold quicker than expected. The sip opening of the mug is supposed to also have that could be slide closed when not drinking. But because it cannot be closed, air comes in through this opening, hence, my tea gets cold quickly.”

“Love my Sho Flexi. In pharmacy, you never get to drink your tea whilst it's hot. The Flexi keeps my drink warm for over an hour. This one was for my pharmacist for Christmas, as he was jealous of my hot drinks.”

“Love SHO products. We’ve had several for ourselves & as gifts. Great price. Great colours & designs. Nicely packaged as a gift. Plus (so far) they live up to expectations & even in this freezing cold weather our drinks have stayed warm. Customer services have also been quick to respond & very helpful. Great company.”
