“Good at keeping drinks hot with the lid on,nice touch but the drink opening if it had a tab for opening/closing to keep it hotter longer would get top marks. Maybe nit picking but have a cup that has one on & is good although doesn't keep it as hot as sho one.”

“I love the products, the feel, the quality, the look, the fact that you don't have to spend much for free delivery. HOWEVER, the fact that the standard lid doesn't have any means of sealing against spills in a serious pain and silver it has resulted in many spills and cleanup jobs needed of sofas, floors, car seats, etc, I resent that. Even a simple bung would do the job, but as standard, not an extra. It has a distinct whiff of building in a design flaw so that you have to buy extras you didn't think you would need and that you wouldn't have bought the item in the first place if you'd realised. And yes, there's 2 stars knocked off for that as I think it's both a bad idea and cheeky.”
