“I cooked this joint in a slow cooker for 5 hours, then allowed it to cool over night on a plate covered with tin foil in a fridge.
Over the next few days we cut off slice after slice and ate it with cold slaw.
Finally I cooked the last slice in a pan with sliced onion, butter and mushrooms.
