“I cooked this joint in a slow cooker for 5 hours, then allowed it to cool over night on a plate covered with tin foil in a fridge. Over the next few days we cut off slice after slice and ate it with cold slaw. Finally I cooked the last slice in a pan with sliced onion, butter and mushrooms. Altogether with the fast fresh delivery service and reasonable prices this is a fantastic voyage into the world of meat eating at its best, well done Pipers farm. Thank you.”
