“I did cut out the bones and roasted them with the joint. Scored the rind even more and salted it. All as you would expect from Pipers Farm. Good flavour, scrumptious fat, great crackling. I cooked it on Fennel and sliced carrot.”
“Oh my goodness I cooked this exactly as per the instructions and it just melted in the mouth, yes there is a lot of fat but what doesn’t melt is easily scraped away and your just left with the delicious meat, oh and did I mention the perfect crackling! Would have liked it to have been pre scored though as I don’t own a really sharp knife to do the job but it did’t spoil the enjoyment and tastiness of it”
