“1kg pork shoulder. I slow cooked this for about 5 hours. The best slow cooked pork we’ve ever had it just fell apart. flavour and meat was excellent and the cracking was stunning!”
Hi Clive,
Thank you for your fantastic 5 star review! We're thrilled to hear that our Boneless Pork Shoulder was a hit for your slow cooking adventure. It’s wonderful to know that the meat was so tender it fell apart, and that the flavour and crackling impressed you. Your feedback truly warms our hearts, and we can't wait to inspire your next culinary creation!

“After cooking this joint following the guidelines I was very disappointed with the result. 2/3’s of the skin failed to turn into crackling and was fit only for the food bin. The other 1/3, whilst looking appetising, was tasteless and bland.
On attempting to carve the joint it fell apart into a number of fatty pieces of unappealing pork. It looked like it was cobbled together from off cuts and scraps. It was supposed to feed 4-5 people but there wasn’t even enough left after removing the inedible bits to feed 2 of us. I have had far better joints from the supermarket at a 1/3 of the price. It looked nothing like the picture on the website.
Extremely disappointing and will not return for another order.”

“Skin on pork (which was unattached) was unscored. On removing the skin to score, discovered inside the roll was full of offcuts.
Whilst tasty when cooked, overall the meat was tough.”

“I used this joint for a pork vindaloo curry. Removed the fat and then slowly simmered the cubed pork for a couple of hours. Meltingly tender. Made crackling from the fat for another treat.”
