“Absolutely no complaints about the meat I ordered, all high quality and really tasty. It's a shame it came wrapped in SOO much plastic! 3 lamb shank individually vacuum packed in plastic then placed in ANOTHER plastic bag. Same with the bacon, chicken carcasses, steak and pork shoulder. I guess a certain amount of plastic is needed for hygiene reasons, but this seemed unnecessary. There must be some way to package your produce more sustainably! What am I missing”
“Came on time.. packaging was though through and safe.
The meat tastes great... usually the fat on normal meat smells dreadful.
But grass fed is great...not plumped with unnecessary bad carsigentics etc.
The service was quick and would but again.

“I cooked this slowly, with salt rubbed into scored outer fat layer. The result was 'melt in your mouth' delicious pork meat and super-crispy crackling. will definitely order again. It would be nice though if it could come with fat already scored as I did find this hard work!”
