“We were very happy with the tree which hardly dropped any needles at all while we had it in the flat. The delivery team were excellent as always and when we cancelled the collection as a neighbour wanted the tree, we were pleasantly surprised to be give a refund. We will definitely use you again if we get a tree next year. And we also referred friends to you who had never used P&N before and they were very happy with their tree too.”

“Have to say a little disappointed this year. Normally, the trees are really good. However, this year the tree is, like me, 6 foot on a good day in high heels (stand)! While the tree is very full and good quality, the shape of it is more like a bush than a tree. As one of my friends put it…”we know it at all the cookies through 2022!"”
