“Well described by the texts, and exceeded the described height by a fair amount. The tree was trimmed for the best appearance for our kit of baubles and lights. No further trouble after the two saw cuts, apart from the occasional top-up of water in the base. A better than good tree for a very fair price. Our source of tree for Christmas is fixed.”

“Nice, hasn’t dropped much but pines and needles delivery service was abysmal. Didn’t deliver on my chosen day and time, kept saying we will come The next day, never showed up. Eventually got a refund, and picked up the tree ourselves from the local pines and needles pop up.”

How was our Service?

“The tree was very dense and a really good shape; nice triangle. Keeping it watered helps retain the needles so not much dropping. Very good tree. Before I even opened the door the delivery guy was removing the netting. This made it difficult to get the tree into the house. Better to keep the netting on until the householder decides want they want. On delivery, the distance between the lowest branch and base was about 6 inches. I had to ask the delivery guy to remove some of the branches to increase the distance. This he happily did but using a hand saw and not a power saw made the process time-consuming and messy. After the delivery guys left I still had to reshape the trunk base due to the remains of the removed branches. If I'd really wanted to do this myself I'd have opted for a provider of a cheaper tree! The tree is good, the delivery was efficient, however, for the price a little forethought could have made the whole experience almost perfect”
