We also have over 30 Stores operating across London, as well as the South of England, where you can come and join us to pick the tree that suits you best. We will deliver your Christmas Tree to your door in perfect time for Christmas for you and your family to enjoy.

How was our Service?

“I’d love to review the tree but it’s not arrived. Was due yesterday. Spoke to customer services again this morning and was assured it was out for delivery by 6pm (was told it would be top priority). Sent a message at 3:30pm (no response). Called again after 6pm to be told the tree was at the depot. Can’t tell me when it will be delivered. We’ve used Pines & Needles for years but charging £21.95 for a delivery that has failed twice already isn’t acceptable. I ordered it 8 weeks ago! No contact, no tree, and no idea if/when it’s going to turn up”
