“Spoke to helpline (who were as helpful as they could be), but no idea from the courier where tree is or when it will arrive, maybe next week?”

“Really disappointed. I have had no updates about my delivery at all and the tree did not arrive on the requested day. Extremely disappointed, not least because of the very high cost do the delivery in the first place.”
