“The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and lovely. The food was exceptional. Our dog Barney was treated like family having treats on the table at meal times and a sausage each morning for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with a dog.”

“The Dunes hotel is a lovely modern hotel that welcomes your dog every bit as it welcomes you. The rooms are a good size and up to date, the staff were amazing and the food was very good. Definitely worth a visit !”

“First dog friendly hotel holiday! The Dunes was fabulous, small hotel, excellent staff, nice room and dog friendly touches like dining with your dog and treats in the room. Only thing we would change was the weather!”

“Hotel was lovely on arrival, easy check-in and large warm cosy room. The staff are exceptional, friendly, chatty and good with dogs. The food was excellent with good size portions and doggy treats on our table. Fast check out when leaving, which is a bonus with a dog. I would happily recommend and return to the Dunes again”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? My only negatives would be i was expecting a bit more for the dog - I put notes on the booking and thought it would be a bit more. However when i brought my Labrador into the room there was No Sausage on arrival like mentioned, the dog bed was for a jack russell and my labrador couldn't put one cheek in there, so glad we brought his own bed. No major complaints but just feel like i could of booked this direct and got the same experience and for less money.

“The hotel and staff were clearly very dog friendly, greeted every dog there with a smile, and was really nice to see so many other guests with dogs and not feel like the only one there with a dog. Felt very inviting. Clean rooms, big bed, nice area and no complaints.”

“Great staff in all departments, very friendly and welcoming. Food made freshly with great ingredients. Millie loved her breakfast sausage and the cuddles from all staff. 5 barks!”
