“Outstanding! Truly incredible research has been undertaken to produce a work of this quality. There are a few typos which have escaped proof reading but they do not detract from the content. The selection of photos is amazing. How many more previously unpublished ones are still out there. Are there enough for a Volume2? A particularly useful touch was the separate map which can be kept open whilst reading.”
