“The majority of reviews for Panzerwrecks tend to be around the excellent service, the great titles, the speed of delivery, the quality and care of the packaging etc. However, as a several-times buyer from Panzerwrecks, I recently required some after-sales support with something that hadn't turned out quite as expected. And I simply can't stress enough how all the 5* reviews for Panzerwrecks are just as applicable when things don't go quite as to plan. Lee and his team were quick to reply, fast to act and, as ever, make the 'process' so much more fulfilling as a whole. To such a degree that this is one of those companies where five stars simply don't credit them enough. For those that recall the phrase, "Carlsberg don't sell military history books... but if they did..."”

“The order was extremely well packaged, and shipped very quickly. And the shipping, despite being international and having to go through Customs, took only a few days. The order went out on a Monday, and was delivered Friday of the same week. Local domestic shipping often takes longer than that. First rate all around.”

“almost i have fun scrolling through the hompage, discovering something new or interresting for people, who like tanks and history of technics. Every item is well discribed. To purchase is quiet simple, even for customers located in EU. This time i had to pay 3,-€ additional customs fee, i dont know why. Item appears quick an well packed.”

“Hello! I'm very satisfied about my order at Panzerwrecks, the shipment is quick and the parcel very well packaged. Not to mention the quality of the publication, terrific! However and this is not a Panzerwrecks fault, I would like to point the finger at a problem related to international orders. Buying a single book (and this is very usual considering that new prints sells out very quickly) it's really expensive. If you consider 25 £ for international (European countries) shipping + initial custom charges (charged in UK) + final custom charges (VAT again + service, charged in the country of destination) the book in many cases ends up costing more than double. It would be nice trying to find a way to ship to Europe at a more reasonable cost. I know it wouldn't be easy but maybe a warehouse with limited supply in Northern Ireland? It's just an example but it may help to extend the business out of the UK. Best Regards! Marco”

“I recently order the revised and updated version of Panzer Tracts 5-3. I am very happy to see these long out of print books updated and made available again. My copy arrived promptly and in great condition. I hope that more updates and re-releases of Panzer Tracts are planned.”

“Usual great service from Panzerwrecks. Lee messaged me as soon as the new, updated, copy of Panzer Tracts was in stock, as I had asked. I ordered it, and was kept informed of the the status of my order. The book arrived within the given time frame. It was well protected by the packagins and so undamaged.”
