“In many years of buying books by post I have yet to come across any other seller where the attitude, approach, and application of professionalism and customer service is surpassed! The vast majority - understandably - of sellers are just happy to make a sale and hope that it is finalised without any issues ... To my mind the Panzerwrecks team always take that several steps further to make sure you are entirely happy across the board. Obviously there are limits here but I have yet to have any problem with PW! You can add to this that the team know what they are doing and - most importantly - know what they are talking about! Finally, this review is entirely of my choosing, I am not expecting any cheque in the post ... ever! (Well never from PW!)”
