“Terrible experience. I booked out two collections from them on next-day deliveries. They failed to show BOTH times (on separate occasions I had to call them at 4:45pm only to find they weren't bothering to collect, no communication at all). I have now moved my business to a competitor (who collected on time)”

Hi Nick, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We're really sorry you experienced some issues with your latest booking. I've had a look into this and I can see that, for your first booking, we were unable to make the collection as there was nobody on-site to meet our driver. This is put in place for your benefit, as there is a risk of loading the wrong goods, which will lead to additional charges if they need to be returned. For your second booking, sadly, there was a fatal accident, which caused your collection to fail because of closed roads - the driver simply couldn't get to the collection point in time. Occasionally, things can go wrong in logistics. Accidents on the road are always possible, as are vehicle breakdowns and driver illnesses. However, this is a very rare occurrence. In fact, delays occur in fewer than 5% of our bookings, which makes our pallet network the most reliable in the industry. In conclusion, we sincerely apologise for the issues you faced with us. I'd like to assure you that incidents like this are extremely rare and that we hope you give us another chance to demonstrate our usual, industry-best standards in the future.
