“Been using a local pallet delivery company but there’s no tracking of the pallets which I always have to ask for the pods for the consignment wasting my time and money. I’m now converted to palletonline booking system and full tracking for us and the customers.”

“My delivery was damaged beyond repair. Paid for pallet and wrap service to ensure that the goods were appropriatley secure during transit, this did not happen. Now I have the task of making a claim to retrieve my delivery and the cost of the goods. This is the last thing I could do with.”

Hi Nick, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Can I just double-check that this review has been left for the right company, please? I've had a look into this, and your latest booking is showing as cancelled and refunded in full. From communications with our team, I see that you were looking to book our pallet and wrap service, but sadly, we can't offer this service for oversized pallets as wrap alone would not secure the goods well enough for transit. Our records show that the booking was cancelled around 10 minutes after the order was placed, which isn't enough time for the collection depot to be notified of the job. I also can't see any notes relating to damage, nor is there an outstanding claim against this booking.
