Hi William, Many thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your booking. I've had a look into this, and I can see that your goods were initially too large for the pallet space booked. When measuring your goods, it's vital that you include the correct size of the pallet, otherwise, your goods may not fit on the trailer. Sadly, the depot picked up on this, and we had no choice but to request the difference in price between the micro pallet size you booked, and the half pallet size that your goods ended up measuring at. To conclude, I apologise for any inconvenience caused, but I assure you we are not a "scam" company. PalletOnline has been operating since 2008, and our parent company has been trading for almost 70 years. We are shareholder members of the UK's most reliable pallet network, and customer experience is at the centre of all we do. We can't stress how important it is to book the correct pallet space in order to avoid additional surcharges. All pallet carriers require accurate measurements so they can plan the most efficient routes, and schedule the correct sized vehicles for each run. I'm saddened to hear you won't be using our services again, but I'd like to thank you for booking with PalletOnline. I’ve had a look into this and I can’t see anything on the booking notes that would indicate an issue.
