“I thought the website was easy to navigate and clear. I made my choices and then before I knew it my one month supply of 5:2 arrived! Luckily my extra freezer in the garage could house my supply! I have loved all of the juices and the soups and have managed well in my first few weeks of trying this approach to nutrition. First week and 6lbs down so really positive results!”

“This is fabulous, I completed a cleanse and then started this. A very simple way to stick to the fast days whilst getting nutrients. So easy to follow and grab and go when needed. Packaging is recyclable. The only thing to check is that you have freezer space for the bottles when they arrive. Losing weight in a way that’s totally working for me. Eating well overall and 7lb down in a couple of weeks. Do not feel like I’m on a diet and this will get my metabolism going again! Customer service is excellent… absolutely no complaints.”
