“I was worried I wouldn’t like the juices as I didntvlike the thought of some of the vegetable based ones, having not enjoyed similar things in the past. However all the juices I’ve tried so far have been lovely. I haven’t felt as hungry as I thought I would either, which is a bonus. The total superfoods powder is also surprisingly nice. I haven’t felt already lost around 1-2kg by week 3 and definitely sleep better after having a juice day. Would happy recommend!”

“I really like the idea of the 5:2 program, I found it fairly easy to do. I bought a months worth to try out, I liked all the flavours I chose except for the mushroom soup which had a strange texture. I have lost weight through doing this, but I will not be continuing after the months supply is gone for 2 reasons. Firstly I can't afford to pay out over £100 per month as well as still buying groceries for the rest of the family. Secondly the single use of plastic bottles doesn't sit well with me. In a world where we are trying to reduce our plastic use, I can't justify 10 bottles a week being put in my recycling bin.”
