“Recently subscribed to the 4 week 5:2plan. The products taste great, the commity support and virtual drop in sessions are really helpful and supportive. It's a healthy and sustainable weight loss plan that is so easy to follow with no food weights or calorie counting to faff with.”

“The product itself is ok, and I see positive results. The 5:2 club is impossible to cancel online so keep an eye out for that. You end up having to email support so not great for self-serve”

“The juices are surprisingly tasty, especially as I don’t really like smoothies & those kind of drinks.The gingerbread latte tastes as good as one from costa and the warm soups are ideal for lunch & dinner time.”
