“I lost 4 in the first two weeks of this plan , I’m now at the end of week five and haven’t lost any more but I feel like I’ve lost inches… Probably should’ve measured myself! Also I have been hitting it pretty heavy weekends at the moment! Will be carrying on in the New Year as the juices are so tasty.”
