“The products themselves are great introducing superfoods powders and soups via signing up to 5:2. However, I have had problems with the deliver service on several occasions and the website could be easier to use.”

“I have tried 5:2 fasting in the past but kinda make it up as I go along, therefore with limited results. I decided to be a bit more structured post-Christmas indulgence. So far, so very good. I'm on week 2 and I've lost 3lb. It's really easy to follow and for someone who isn't a fan of disciplined eating & calorie counting it's very ideal. I have a mixture of juices & soups & they are yummy. Planning on sticking with this until I've shifted that stubborn half a stone & then working the principal into my life.”

“The drinks are good, and can see how it really works, but boy they don't half spam you with e-mails!!! I moved my 2nd delivery, but it arrived. There was no comms on the app to say it hadn't been successful, however it arrived. While Nuriseed did resolve it and refund the charge, it was an additional call I shouldn't have had to make and was quite frustrating.”

“So like so many people I am looking for an easy way to change my eating habits and drop some weight/inches. I had seen Nutriseed all over my socials and thought I would take a look and see how it worked and if I thought it would be a good fit for me. I am so pleased with my experience so far, I am now in week two and I am coping well with the fast days. I LOVE the soups, perhaps because we are in winter and it's cole, these feel much more like a meal and so less sense of deprivation. The juices are also good, particularly like double lift. For my second week, I have chosen new juices and soups so I have a sense of the full range. I have not yet tried super foods or oats but I will hopefully rotate through these too. It's great for me that there is no dairy or gluten in these juices, so many options have one or the other so love this too - great for folks with dietary requirements. My biggest shout-out is to customer services they are great, I had a couple of issues that were instantly corrected and very focused on customer satisfaction, which is huge for me. All in all so far so good!”
