“Arrived the next day, juices are mostly lovely especially Wildfire, not so keen on Neon, but that’s just my preference. Lost 2lbs in my first week and it was so easy just having 2 days on juices (doing the 5:2). My weight loss journey after having children had stalled and this has given me a boost. “Excellent company and products. I like the porridge, soups and juices they are so healthy with no additives. I find that I'm not hungry and I'm losing weight. I am continuing and have just ordered 4 weeks supply. They arrive in the little bottles which are good quality. A friend of mine recommended this diet, I'm really impressed.”

“I recently started my 5:2 journey and have to say it is one of the best products I have tried in years. The flavours are great and I lost 5lbs and a cm across my hips/waist/bust in one week. It also allows you to eat normally so your body isn’t staved. Plus I haven’t felt hungry on my juices - ver happy”
