“Excellent company and products. I like the porridge, soups and juices they are so healthy with no additives. I find that I'm not hungry and I'm losing weight. I am continuing and have just ordered 4 weeks supply. They arrive in the little bottles which are good quality. A friend of mine recommended this diet, I'm really impressed.”

“I recently started my 5:2 journey and have to say it is one of the best products I have tried in years. The flavours are great and I lost 5lbs and a cm across my hips/waist/bust in one week. It also allows you to eat normally so your body isn’t staved. Plus I haven’t felt hungry on my juices - ver happy”
