“The juices are surprisingly tasty, especially as I don’t really like smoothies & those kind of drinks.The gingerbread latte tastes as good as one from costa and the warm soups are ideal for lunch & dinner time.”

“I thought the website was easy to navigate and clear. I made my choices and then before I knew it my one month supply of 5:2 arrived! Luckily my extra freezer in the garage could house my supply! I have loved all of the juices and the soups and have managed well in my first few weeks of trying this approach to nutrition. First week and 6lbs down so really positive results!”
