“Wrong box sent, still waiting for the right box to be delivered. Paid for quick delivery and it’s going on weeks and no bed. Need a refund for the delivery”

“The product is great - comfortable and seems durable despite being quite thin (necessary for bunk bed mattress). Customer service was very poor though. Delays in responding to email, a live chat feature that did not function and no telephone line (apparently because staff are working from home). When there were issues with the delivery, this made resolving the problem very stressful and inconvenient.”

“This originally came included with the bed but they no longer include the bed tidy. It is not worth £14 and because it’s sold separately it isn’t the same colour as the bed. Very disappointed overall, at least when it came with the bed, everything matched!”

“Really excited to get this, happy with the table, chairs, and extensions but the bench arrived broken and I've been unable to get any response from the returns/support department. Would have been 5 star review if it wasn't broken or even if i could get a response/replacement bench”

“Item was delivered and the box was very badly damaged. Luckily the contents were fine. Opened the box to start building the furniture and there was no instructions or screws etc!!!! Been trying to contact Noa & Nani for 3 days by email and tried calling by phone but no answer after trying for 24 minutes!!!!!!! Can’t give the product a review yet because without the right kit I can’t build it!! Very disappointing customer service!!”

“Product is ok 3/5, some marks on it as soon as it come out of box, raised paint marks, bubbles, scratches and some bits not looking perfect, not as good as ikea quality, but not that bad. Price is good, easy to assemble. Service was bad, product was delayed 3 weeks, after 3 weeks they said product delivered but it wasn't, tracking showed nothing, had to wait further days for them to chase this up, eventually got the bed 4 and half weeks after ordering, customer service didn't reply, if they did they would just say its coming as delivered, no number, no live chat, terrible. Had to go through another brand they own to resolve the issue, no genuine apology for what happened either. that's the reason i wouldn't order again from this company.”
