“I much prefer the unpeeled tiger nuts to the peeled. Unpeeled are tougher to chew, but have a nicer, sweeter taste and last longer. Hard to describe - you need to try them”

“Tiger nuts are absolutely brilliant When dried they do have a weird taste in the initial crunch that does last for a bit so rehydrate them by soaking them in water for at least 24 hours. Go for 48 if you can. After 24 hours when you then bite into them that weird taste is no longer there and its just a delightful vanilla (I wouldnt even call it nutty, its its own flavour) and caramel and all other heaps of goodness-tastes in your mouth. The tiger nut milk is AMAZING. Soak the tiger nuts with a dab or sea salt or coconut sugar and then use it with say a heap of dried fruits. Its super good. Buying more as soon as I can. An amazing source of carbs, prebiotics and milk. Thank you for selling them in the UK. Christian”

“I was very pleased with this product. As I am a person of a certain age, I thought it wise to soak them overnight before I fell on them. I was bragging to a couple of friends that I had found the Tiger nuts of our youth. I lost half the packet so I will most certainly be getting another order soon. Poor kids of today have no idea what theyre missing. Many thanks Navi.Organics.”
