“I remember my parents giving my sister and I Tiger Nuts as a substitute for sweets when we were kids , they are so good for you in many ways .Try some and reap the benefits for yourself . I will be reordering again from Navi Organics . If your kids find them a bit on the hard side just soak them in water for a while .”

“Quality tiger nuts. I prep my milk in small batches (1/2 cup nuts soaked for 24-48h and blended with 750ml water). Please bear in mind that tiger nuts milk stays in the refrigerator only up to 3 days. I even do not sieve through nut milk bad, when used for an overnight oats. I also used pulp in macaroons and pancakes (great outcomes) - milk preparation depends on my meal planning.”
