Very supportive. Aired it properly for over 12 hours before using it.
Had a very slight new smell to it but not overpowering and it disappeared very soon after using it. That was to be expected.
Was having back and neck problems before due to old mattress loosing its supportiveness and this has done wonders for my sleep. It doesnt cure every ache but what does, it is certainly a massive improvement.
Dont get hot on it over night.

“Our new topper is super compfy and we have both noticed that we are sleeping better. We are not tossing and turning anywhere as much as we used to. The only thing stopping us giving 5 stars is we think the elastic straps are too close to the corners. They pinged off a couple of times when we were putting the topper on the bed.”

“Received sooner than I expected. Unpacked and laid it on my bed one side was smooth almost straight away the other took a few more hours but I was able to sleep on it the same night. I was disappointed because I didn't sleep well at all. I have now had it about 1 week and I sleep very well. I was waking in pain a few times in the night not any longer thank you Pamda”
