“I bought this mattress topper as I found our new mattress too firm. This topper actually helps with my arthritis and I wake up with much less painful joints. I also ought the panda pillow as I suffer from a very painful neck. These two combinations work really well for me. Love them.”

Following my order of a mattresses topper, a delivery date (in line with the delivery choice) was quickly promised by email. However I was somewhat disappointed when, by the end of the scheduled delivery day, the courier was showing that they had not received any parcel.
I used the online chat facility, and Jelena responded. She discovered there had been a delay with despatch of parcel to courier. When paying for the item, I forgot to add a code which made me eligible for a 10% discount. So I asked if, to address my disappointment, the 10% refund could be applied, and delivery expedited immediately.
Within an hour or two, an agreement was made to provide the 10% discount. The Mattress was delivered the next day. And the 10% discount refunded shortly afterwards.
From time to time deliveries can go slightly wrong. I could not be more impressed at how my situation was investigated and resolved. And thanks Jelena. So despite the delivery delay, five stars.”

Very supportive. Aired it properly for over 12 hours before using it.
Had a very slight new smell to it but not overpowering and it disappeared very soon after using it. That was to be expected.
Was having back and neck problems before due to old mattress loosing its supportiveness and this has done wonders for my sleep. It doesnt cure every ache but what does, it is certainly a massive improvement.
Dont get hot on it over night.
