“Bought mattress topper after much research. However, after only a week it seems it is not for me as it leaves me with bad pains in my neck, shoulders and lower back. I write this while I am out of bed taking paracetamol to ease these pains! Great shame because intitally I thought this would be an excellent product. How do I return it using the 30 day trial scheme?”
