“I had the problem of a new very hard unyieding and cheap mattress which i had inherited and was considering having to replace. The bed is only for occasional use but having bought the Panda topper it has made the bed comfortable enough for me to keep it.

“Very soft mattress topper I needed for my shoulders. The delivery was fast. I got a single at first before going for the double. They arranged pick up and within 2 days the other topper arrived.”
“The topper was too soft for me. I was using it on a mattress that was too firm and I just sank through the topper and it didn’t cushion enough against the firm mattress.
Customer service was great though and there was no issue returning it within the 30 day trial for a refund.”

“i have a great mattress with a memory foam 'topper' built in. The mattress itself is still in good shape, but the top was showing signs of age. To replace with a similar quality mattress was in excess of £1200….

“Having recently lost a fair bit of weight but also suffering a flare-up of my autoimmune joint condition, I was finding my new mattress too hard. It was only 18 months old so I didn't want to have to buy a new one, so I opted instead to add a mattress topper. I did a lot of research prior to ordering and didn't want something that would add too much extra height, but that was still thick enough to make a difference. I am so pleased with my purchase and it has truly helped me sleep in more comfort and wake up in less pain.”
“I specifically wanted a topper that was as cooling. However, despite the reviews and ratings, this one turned out like every type of memory foam. Hot.
No matter what they add to the foam, you can’t stop it being a heat sink. Cooling gels and a bamboo wrap doesn’t make up for that.
If you are looking for something just soft on your shoulders, it does that but you can get that a lot cheaper.
The 30 day trial period was very useful. The return process was very simple and was refunded promptly”
