“These pillows are great! I can't believe how much they improved my and my partner's sleep. I don't understand why some people say the pillow is too high or hard. I don't find it hard at all especially when compared with other orthopaedic pillows and can't say it's that high either.
We had a little issue with our initial delivery as our order got lost and we only found out after contacting customer service when noticing it did not arrive when it was supposed to. However, customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Overall great value for money.”
“I've always had feathered pillows of varying firmness; some were good while others were problematic. This Bamboo pillow is like something from another world: I am getting to like it, and eventually something tells me that I will love it but that feeling is 'fingertips' away.One issue is the weight but that is offset by sheer the quality of the product. It is the 'real deal', and maybe I'm more used to the average, cheaper, High St offerings.Do your research but I would recommend this pillow.”
