“Honestly this is a great pillow I am primarily a side sleeper and sometimes found my old pillows made my neck hurt and thus has never caused that issue.

“I’m sure this is a great pillow for many people, unfortunately, I can’t get on with it at all. As a side sleeper with a bad neck, it does not keep my neck in alignment. My head slips down on it. It also heats up where your face is, no good for ladies of a certain age… hint hot flushes! It’s winter now and I dread to think how it’ll be in summer! I tried the cheaper panda pillow a while back that didn’t suit so had high hopes for this one, disappointingly, I’ll be sending it back.”
