“This is not a reflection of the product but on the delivery service used(DPD).
After paying for faster delivery my order was delivered almost 1 week late. Moreover after reqeusting delivery to my local post office, it was delivered to my neighbour.
I also found it unhelpful that customer service is unavailable on weekends.
I dearly hope the product proves worthy of the trials to receive it.
Please don't allow this to disaude you from you purchase as I have not had oppertunity to open my box yet.”
“This bedding is fantastic. It is soft and silky and very nice to sleep on/in. It keeps me cool but at the same time is warm. I love this bedding. Would definitely recommend”
“I am very happy with this but have a problem with the Panda Topper that I bought some months ago. After washing the cover(following the washing instructions) my husband & I battled for approximately half an hour to get the cover back onto the topper. It must have shrunk and it doesn't move easily over the foam rubber. As we are in our mid 8o's, when it needs washing again we shall have to abandon it and use the foam uncovered. The effort is too much.”
