“Absolutely amazing. I had been looking at Panda and their products for about a year and I was determined to make a purchase as soon as I moved into my new house.
Last week I ordered their duvet a full set of bedding and what can I say, I am in love. It's like sleeping on a cloud! The duvet is fluffy and regulates temperature well and the bedding is so so soft. I am very attracted to the idea of it being ecofriendly and antibacterial+hypoallergenic. Also the fact that it does not contain toxic chemicals in the dye. I know it's on the pricey side but I'd look at it as an investment. I've certainly been having mucho better sleep since I have it and so has my partner.
In terms of the delivery, I ordered with regular delivery and within 48h both my parcels were with me. Communication from the company was flawless at all times.

“I purchased this bedding on 16th February to accompany The Cloud Duvet. My reasons for this were due to the fact that a previous set bought from another company didn't seem to fit quite right once it'd been washed. The bedding bought from Panda London has ties on the inside of the cover so I thought this would fix the problem. Unfortunately it hasn't. The initial fitting was largely oversized, however after speaking to Customer Support, I was advised that after 3-4 washes, the bedding would shrink and subsequently fit the duvet correctly. I've washed it once so far and am unsure if this will actually do the trick as now the duvet will not lay flat for love nor money. I hope after another couple of washes, it'll be fine as the quality and feel of the material is wonderful, otherwise I will have to return it.”

“Amazing Sheets. They feel extremely soft, color is vibrant and somehow very soothing. Would definitely recommend. The only small issue that I have is an aesthetic one. I am not sure if it's the material in general or just this particular set of sheets that I got, but the pillow cases seem to have these stains, like sweat stains maybe or something else, and they don't even go away when you wash it. I observed the stains right after the first night I used the sheets, and now, two weeks later, the stains seem to have gotten bigger. It's not a huge inconvinience, but it does bother me a tiny bit. Other than that, I think they are really good.”
“This is not a reflection of the product but on the delivery service used(DPD).
After paying for faster delivery my order was delivered almost 1 week late. Moreover after reqeusting delivery to my local post office, it was delivered to my neighbour.
I also found it unhelpful that customer service is unavailable on weekends.
I dearly hope the product proves worthy of the trials to receive it.
Please don't allow this to disaude you from you purchase as I have not had oppertunity to open my box yet.”
