High polished chrome covers for the style bars on the Mk3, 3.5 & 3.75. Supplied as a pair, these are a perfect fit and are very easy to install.Fits all convertible and retractable hardtop Mk3, 3.5 & 3.75 models, 2005>2015Fitting Tip: As the product name implies, these are covers. They are not replacement trims. We have designed them this way because the Mazda supplied replacement trims really are hard work to fit. They are a very tight fit over the top of your existing trims. As with anything self adhesive, preparation is very important. You must make sure that the surface of the original covers is completely free from silicone trim cleaner or any form of polish. Use surgical spirit or the like to clean the area first. Then make sure that both the new cover and the original are both at a temperature of at least 20 degrees C, the warmer the better as heat activates the adhesive. The 3Ms tape supplied is designed for this exact job, and if applied correctly is almost impossible to remove! A further fitting tip is that once the covers are applied to car, cable tie them around the hoops in two or three places and leave overnight. This will give the adhesive time to cure properly.

“After reading a lot of the previous reviews I was a little hesitant about buying these as it had been suggested that they were difficult to fit/ achieve adhesion but I went ahead and bought them. First purchase from this company and very impressed with the service, an easy to use site, good communication and fast delivery. When the covers arrived we went straight ahead to fit them and they went on the car in minutes, no problems at all. The inside of each cover is lined with 3M adhesive tape and it was a simple matter of removing the backing from the tape, slipping them on and firmly pushing into place, no problems at all and they look fantastic fitted on our black hardtop. Overall a great product and great service, I shall certainly use this company again.”

“Had a set of these bought for my birthday. They were the very devil to fit. Despite following the instructions and ensuring the hoops were clean and free of wax, the sticky tape wouldn't stick. To cut a long story short, copious dollops of contact adhesive was applied to both parts, the covers were put in place and held tightly with cable ties. Three days later, removed the ties and the covers were stuck solid. Hope they stay that way. They look good but was disappointed that it took more effort than I anticipated to fit them.”

“Fitted the chrome style bars to my car, they look good the only problem I had was getting them to stick properly. In the end I purchase some double sided tape from halfords and it work a treat.”

“Purchased these the same time as the rear light chrome surrounds (see my review).It's essential to make sure the temperature is right, I had the sun shining directly on the rear of the car. I used alcohol to thoroughly clean the surfaces, clean at least 3 times to make sure all traces of any silicon, etc are removed and just apply, it's that easy. The finished result is superb and with the rear light chrome surround and number plate surround the rear end is totally transformed”

“Just fitted these today. Cleaned backs with surgical spirit and set roof at half closed to gain access. Very good tight fit and secured with plastic ties. They look fantastic and really improve the look of my 2013 1.8SE hardtop. Highly recommended.”

“Service excellent, arrived next morning!!!Fitting easy if everything is warmed first. Needs a firm push to position them over the existing OEM fitting at which point the 3M starts to stick if its really warm. Suggest trying positioning them before removing backing tape to get the feel of the pressure required. Makes life easier if the RC roof is mid-position.....only thought about this half way through....Being really warm they stuck instantly, no need for cable ties. They look great! Mazda should fit them from new.”
