“Excellent speakers and very easy to fit once you have removed the door panel. Great tip from another customer about using a hankerchief behind the manual window handle to remove the almost invisible retaining clip clip that holds the handle on (wrap the rag around beteen handle and door and slowly pull down on one end of the rag and the circlip comes away freeing up the manual window winder), saved me hours of frustration buit watch where the clip lands!! Speaker fit fine, I used a round tupperware dish cut in half and glued (grab adhesive such as'no more nails' type stuff) to back of speaker to create 2 waterproof shields from any water ingress from windows above (suck eggs - don't completely cover back of speaker as this will reduce air flow and ability to work properly). The sound is excellent and using the supplied chrome clips as washers with the orignal speaker screws I fitted them really securely without the need to drill any more holes or twist the speakers more than a few degrees.”

“Fantastic product, sounds great in the car. Much louder and clearer than the origionals. I also did a bit of head scratching when trying to screw these in place, after reading an earlier review saying to twist them so that the "jvc" logo was pointing towards the front of the car it was then relatively easy. finished the fitting with the clips from the kit and the origional screws.Also, dont know if this makes a difference but I brought the red and white wire into the + connection marked on the speakers and the green and red wire into the - connector, works fine like this.Delivery would have been great if the courier driver had rang the bell (4 people in the house and i got a "sorry we missed you" ticket). So apart from having to pick them up and a few initial fixing issues these are fantastic.”

“As per Andreas Fantides review, these speakers took a fair bit of bodging to make them fit in my Eunos. The surrounds needed bending and cutting to fit into the old weather shield that I removed from the original speakers. I also needed to used a washer under the screws to hold the speakers in, as the speakers are slightly to small.The sound from the speakers is good, way better than my 15 year old original ones.”
