“I joined up and found the app to have lots of different workouts , stretches and the ability to record your activities like Bike riding , I only managed to use it on our exercise bike but then I had to leave my membership due to surgery and Matt was extremely helpful in cancelling it for me. As someone experienced in gym work and Physical Education, along with other fitness experiences, I now have a programme to follow that will work and I don't have to labour to find the exercises. I'm not one for reading instructions, luckily (for me), the app is easy to follow (but I would recommend spending some time getting used to it!).”
“I was a fan of the original single-payment plan, but I try to avoid subscriptions as far as possible. That said I got a good deal for the first three months, which is good timing for a weeks holiday to the Alps so will certainly use the plan up until then.
The strength programme is certainly challenging in a good way. I haven't given the intervals a go as I prefer to have them on my watch so I can watch TV on my phone. I'm not sure if that's possible with this app running as well or if there's an easy way to get it onto my watch. I'm also already following a interval programme that I enjoy.
I like that the app links with Garmin, but overall it is quite fiddly to use and loading your chosen workouts into the calendar is a PITA. It also doesn't work without phone signal or WiFi, none of which is available in my gym, and there is no way to download workouts to your phone.
I don't think app is for me as I find it too fiddly and time consuming, but it may work for others. I will probably be cancelling after my three month deal ends.”
